SDE College is among the largest Danish vocational colleges. We have about 5.700 students per year and a staff of 900 employees, including teachers.

Fields of education
SDE College offers vocational education amounting to 45 different programmes divided into 10 basic clusters. We also offer upper secondary technical education in both Odense and Vejle. Additionally, SDE College offers a wide range of standard courses, adult continuing training and tailor-made courses for the supplementary training of individuals, companies, and organisations.

LILLEBAELT Academy of professional Higher Education
SDE College offers programmes under the auspices of LILLEBAELT Academy of professional Higher Education. Many of the programmes lie within the framework of the Academy Programmes, and two are a Bachelor of Science. A number of these programmes are taught in English as well as in Danish.

SDE College is the result of a merger
SDE College was founded in 2008 as the result of a merger between Odense Technical College (Odense Tekniske Skole) and Vejle Technical College (Vejle Tekniske Skole). The roots of the two colleges date back as far as 1844 and 1855, respectively.

Today, SDE College covers a large part of the Region of Southern Denmark, and we have spread out to a total of ten locations in Jutland and on the island of Funen.
